Warfield Community Hub public consultation

Artists impression of new community hub

Local residents are invited to take part in a public consultation for a new community hub at Priory Field in Warfield.

The public consultation event will take place at Brownlow Hall on Tuesday 14 October 2025, between 2:30pm and 7:30pm. Residents will be able to view the draft designs for the hub, speak with the project team, and share their feedback.

The new hub will offer a wide range of facilities for the whole community and be built to high environmental standards, aiming for net zero in operation.

The hub will be open 7 days a week and will include:

  • a café serving food and drinks throughout the day
  • multi-use spaces for hire
  • a large sports hall suitable for various activities
  • a modern dance and fitness studio
  • bookable meeting rooms
  • enhanced sports pitches at Priory Field
  • a new children’s play area
  • improved greenway and bridleway routes for walking, cycling and horse riding
  • car parking and cycle stands
  • a new base for Warfield Parish Council

For those unable to attend on the day, the designs will remain on display at Brownlow Hall until 24 October 2025. Residents can still give feedback by completing a questionnaire, available through a QR code at the venue. Paper copies will also be available.

The Warfield Community Hub is a joint project between Bracknell Forest Council and Warfield Parish Council. It will be built by Neilcott Construction and is anticipated to be operational in 2027.
