Join the communities’ strategy consultation

Residents, community groups and local organisations are invited to share their views on the draft vision, aims and objectives of the borough’s communities’ strategy. This plan sets out how we can all work together to build stronger, connected, and healthier communities across Bracknell Forest.

This 10-year strategy is led by the community partnership, a group which includes:

  • local charities
  • faith groups
  • health services
  • cultural organisations
  • voluntary groups
  • businesses
  • local councils

Over the past few months, the community partnership has been out gathering ideas and feedback from people across the borough. You told us what matters most to you and agreed that everyone should have the chance to play a part in shaping the place they live.

We’ve listened and our draft vision, aims and objectives reflect what residents and partners value. These include creating chances to get involved locally and supporting the key organisations that shape your community.

Now we want to know what you think of the work so far. Your continued feedback will help the community partnership to define and finalise the strategy, making sure it truly represents the priorities of all who live, work, volunteer, and learn in Bracknell Forest.

You can read the draft vision, aims and objectives of the strategy and share your views on the Involve Community Services website. The consultation is open from Thursday 6 November to Thursday 18 December.
