Consultation on the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan

Bracknell Forest Council is undertaking a public consultation on the submitted version of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan.

The plan was prepared by Sandhurst Town Council with the help of the local community. It sets out objectives for the future and contains planning polices to guide the development and use of land within Sandhurst. It will be used alongside the Bracknell Forest Local Plan to determine planning applications in Sandhurst.

The 6-week public consultation on the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan is being held until 5pm on Wednesday 1 July.

The documents for this consultation are available to view online. Hard copies of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed during normal opening hours at:

Respondents can request to be notified of the council’s decision to ‘make’ the plan under Regulation 19 (bringing it into legal force).
