Complaints process

Over the past couple of days we have seen posts on two Facebook groups asking residents to provide details of complaints about the council to a generic email address, which is not associated with the council.

Information on Council Tax Energy Rebate payments

From Monday 25 April we will start making council tax energy rebate payments of £150 to qualifying households in council tax bands A to D, who paid by direct debit on 1 April.

If you qualify for a rebate but do not pay by direct debit, please get in touch so we can arrange your payment.
