
This report sets out an overview of the council’s performance for the second quarter of 2024 to 2025 (October to December 2024).
This is the third reporting period of the 2023 to 2027 Council Plan.
It's purpose is to provide the Cabinet with a high-level summary of key achievements against the Council Plan.
It highlights areas where performance did not match targets or expectations. It also highlights any remedial action that is being taken.
The full suite of actions and indicators has been agreed as part of the production of the annual service plans. These set out key activity to deliver the council's strategic aims. This report relates to 2024 to 2025 service plans.
